New Patients

If this is your first time visiting us, please select the “New Patient” scheduling option. Be sure to provide all requested details so we can verify your benefits and prepare for your arrival.

Welcome back! Please feel free to schedule an appointment time with your preferred provider.

Self-Pay (Cash) Patients

If you are paying out-of-pocket—either by choice or because we are out-of-network for your specific plan—you are welcome to book any available time slot, including those specifically reserved for “Cash Patients.” Please check for appointments available in both options.

• Cancellation Policy: To remain fair to all our patients, please note that cash appointments are non-refundable if cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
