About Neal O’Neal
Neal O’Neal is a physical therapist, osteopathic manual therapy practitioner, and educator dedicated to advancing how the human body heals, adapts, and thrives. He is the founder of Pursuit Physical Therapy and Pursuit Performance Training in Washington State, where he leads clinical care and advanced education through his proprietary OsteoSignal framework.
Neal earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington and began his career specializing in orthopedic biomechanics, gait, posture, and sports performance. His early work included elite athletic support in golf biomechanics, occupational performance testing, and large-scale ergonomic and cardiovascular screening programs for industry and government institutions.
From 2000 to 2016, Neal trained extensively in osteopathic manual therapy through The Jones Institute and The Ursa Foundation. During this time, he served as Director of Research for the Ursa Educational Institute for Manual Therapy, contributed to autonomic and heart-rate variability research, and presented internationally at the International Conference on Research in Osteopathic Medicine.
Today, Neal’s work centers on the OsteoSignal model — an integrative approach that restores biomechanical integrity, fascial continuity, neural communication, and physiological adaptability. His clinical and educational focus includes advanced manual therapy, visceral and cranial integration, mechanobiology, and movement-based reinforcement strategies. He is certified in Functional Range Conditioning and designs self-directed movement programs that extend the benefits of hands-on care.
Neal maintains a busy clinical practice in Renton and Redmond, teaches advanced manual therapy courses nationally, and is developing multimedia educational platforms to train the next generation of osteopathic-based manual therapists.
Outside the clinic, Neal enjoys trail running, yoga, strength training, and exploring the science of human performance and healing.
